- Handle and manage the team to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Drive Private Client Acquisition with a target ticket size of 20 Lakhs.
- Advise clients based on market intelligence and research reports.
- Generate revenue through Equity Broking and cross-selling Third-Party Products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs.
- Handle client queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution within TAT.
- Apply strong market knowledge and advanced strategies to increase book size and revenue.
- Monitor and enhance advisory and trading skills through call tracking, weekly target meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate with Third-Party Product Manufacturers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer service by providing effective advisory and timely operational support.
