Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end interior execution for premium/luxury villa projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to design and safety standards.

- Lead interior execution for multiple luxury villa projects from design coordination through handover.
- Manage project planning, execution schedules, budgets, resources, and contractors.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, consultants, vendors, and project management teams.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material specifications, mock-ups, samples, and finishing details.
- Ensure execution matches approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors for productivity, quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve design/execution issues.
- Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of interior materials and finishes.
- Track project costs, variations, measurements, billing, and commercial performance.
- Drive snagging, rectification, quality inspections, and final handover.





Preferred candidate profile

Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design with 15-20 years exp in Interior Works/ Design/Projects / High end villas / Project planning / execution /

- in interior project execution, preferably in luxury villas, premium residential, hospitality, or high-end real estate.
- Robust experience in turnkey interior execution and project management.
- Good knowledge of civil finishing, flooring, ceilings, joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, painting, faade/interface works, lighting, and MEP coordination.
- Experience handling multiple contractors and large project teams.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, BOQ, estimation, procurement, and quality control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills
