Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with companies to schedule interviews and on-campus recruitment drives.
- Develop and implement effective placement strategies to achieve high employment rates among students.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them identify their strengths and interests.
- Manage the entire placement process from application to offer acceptance.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, industry professionals, and recruiters.
Organize on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, internships, and job fairs.
Collaborate with faculty and department heads to identify student placement needs and skills gaps.
Provide career counseling and employability skill training to students.
Prepare students for interviews through resume reviews, mock interviews, and group discussions.
Monitor placement statistics and generate placement reports for management and accreditation.
Coordinate with alumni to explore recent placement opportunities and mentorship.




Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands.
Support the Placement Officer in scheduling and coordinating campus recruitment drives.
Maintain databases of students, recruiters, and placement activities.
Communicate placement-related information to students and staff.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Help in the documentation and reporting of placement data.

Act as a liaison between students and the Placement Officer for feedback and guidance.
Ensure timely follow-up with companies for feedback and placement confirmation.

Job Requirements :

- 0-3 years of experience in campus placement or related field (education/training).
- Strong understanding of career development, career planning, and training principles.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, faculty members, and corporate representatives.
