Responsibilities

- Known to DFA, DFM DFT review and propose changes requirement per IPC and quality process.
- ECN preparation and implementation from customer specific requirement via SAP
- Preparing record of major observations in design document transferred to production.
- PCN record and implementation through SAP
- DVP Finalization, documentation as per production
- Preliminary checking DVP test data AS requirements.
- Support and report gap for timely release of products with Engg Quality verification.
- PSS, PQCS, PFMEA data preparation
- Stencil, Fixture check-plot validation
- SAP BOM and ECMS management
- Should know the SMT, Assembly line stages and working
- Supporting for Customer Audit and team to improvise processes. Maintain record of Supporting in OE audit
- Supporting Corporate Process management team to give suggestion for improvement
