Role & responsibilities -

To establish, lead, and continuously improve a high-performing Inside Sales and Contact Centre function by implementing standardized sales processes, AI-driven sales intelligence, CRM best practices, and performance management systems. The role is responsible for increasing lead conversion, enhancing customer experience,

driving revenue growth, and building a scalable sales engine aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Lead, mentor and manage the Inside Sales team. Allocate targets, monitor daily performance, conduct review meetings, coach underperformers, and build a high performance sales culture.

Design and establish a structured call centre/inside sales setup including inbound and outbound calling processes, lead routing, escalation matrix, shift planning, call monitoring, and resource allocation.

Implement AI-based call recording, transcription, conversation intelligence, sentiment analysis, objection tracking, coaching insights, and customer interaction analytics. Use AI outputs to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness.

Develop standardized processes for lead qualification, cold calling,



follow-ups, customer nurturing, enquiry handling, quotation coordination, and opportunity conversion.

Define daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets for calls, meetings, qualified leads, quotations, revenue, conversion ratio, follow-ups, and customer engagement.

Monitor achievement and drive corrective actions.

Develop SOPs, call scripts, email templates, WhatsApp communication standards, lead management workflows, follow-up cadence, and sales governance frameworks to ensure consistency across the team.

Ensure 100% CRM adoption, maintain accurate sales pipeline, lead tracking, chance management, forecasting, reporting, and dashboard generation. Improve CRM hygiene and automation.

Improve customer response time, resolution quality, communication standards, and overall buying experience. Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile-

Male / Female, good communication & computer knowledge, Any graduate with 4+ years of experience in sales.
