- 10+ years of relevant experience in HR Technology / HRIS / HCM transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Darwinbox or comparable HCM platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.
- Strong experience in HR process digitization and workflow automation.
- Experience with HCM/HRIS integrations, APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Ability to translate HR business requirements into technology solutions.
- Experience working directly with both HR and IT/Technology stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled HR solutions, HR chatbots or intelligent automation.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT and implementation.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
- Pharma/Life Sciences experience is preferred.




- Candidates must be able to demonstrate hands-on project delivery, not just HRIS support/operations experience.
- The engagement is an 8-month, non-extendable contract based in Hyderabad.
- Candidates should have strong experience in end-to-end HCM transformation, including process redesign, digitalization, automation and technology implementation.
- Experience in integrating HCM platforms with enterprise applications through APIs and other integration mechanisms is required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a consulting environment and managing multiple HR and Technology stakeholders.
