Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery across assigned locations.
- Develop and execute delivery roadmaps to achieve project milestones.
- Manage client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor project performance and ensure quality service delivery.
- Mentor and lead field teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Build and strengthen delivery teams through training and capacity building.
- Collaborate with ground stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
- Support business growth through innovative and sustainable operational strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Master's degree in any discipline.




- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the social impact/development sector.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local state language.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including remote locations.
- Empathetic, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
