What would you do?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented sourcing professional to support sourcing projects within the Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycle. You will apply strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and business judgment to deliver sourcing activities and contribute to measurable client outcomes.

In this role, you will support sourcing strategies, execute sourcing events, and conduct supplier and market analyses. You will also champion the practical application of AI and digital tools to accelerate workflows, enhance reporting, and ensure quality of deliverables.

As a collaborative contributor, you will work with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, while developing your own expertise through continuous learning, coaching, and applied experience

What are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 3-5 years of procurement, sourcing, and/or consulting experience, with the ability to adapt across multiple spend areas.

Sourcing & Procurement Expertise: Hands-on experience executing sourcing events and supplier evaluations; emerging ability to support strategy development and deliver procurement advisory insights.

AI Literacy: Demonstrate the ability to efficiently and responsibly use AI in day to day work, including the following. Please note candidates with Source to Contract experience are welcome, even if they have not used AI tools in your work; candidates without direct experienceare expected to have an ability to adopt current methods that imrpove speed,



quality and risk management in sourcing and contracting. All candidates should approach AI with curiosity, structured thinking and a willingness to challenge old ways of working.

Practical, consistent use of enterprise AI assistants to complete core S2C tasks with sound judgment and quality control.

Ability to translate business goals into clear prompts and iterate quickly to produce accurate, usable outputs.

Habit of validating AI outputs against source data, policies, and stakeholder guidance.

Ability to prepare and refine documents for effective AI use (e.g., reformatting tables, flattening tracked changes, converting scans/PDFs, adding headers/context) so assistants can parse them reliably.

Market & Analytical Skills: Strong numeric and text-based analysis; ability to evaluate supplier proposals, contracts, and pricing.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build supplier and stakeholder trust; effective communicator across remote and in-person environments.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams; adapts effectively to complex organizational structures and matrixed environments.

Communication & Storytelling: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to prepare structured deliverables and tailor messaging for diverse audiences, including executives.

Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in procurement platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Education: Bachelor-s degree required (or equivalent professional experience). Advanced certifications (e.g., CPSM, MCIPS) preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead or support (depending on complexity) sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx support, negotiations, award recommendations, and contract preparation.

Leverage industry and supplier research, and market intelligence to perform financial and commercial analysis to support negotiation strategies, identify savings opportunities, and highlight risks.

Assist in development of market insights and collaborate to create content that enables knowledge sharing across the organization and contributes to thought leadership.

Support creation of category strategy in partnership with more senior resources with identified opportunities that achieve client goals and mature their procurement function.

Apply AI and digital tools (enterprise-approved assistants, GenAI platforms) to sourcing tasks such as RFx drafting, spend classification, contract clause review, and data summarization, ensuring outputs are validated and compliant.

Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.
