Eligibility
- Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering / AME Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Course must be completed candidates currently pursuing the course are not eligible.
Job Description
Work Location
Selected candidates will be deployed and will work from our client's office premises in Bengaluru.
Shift Timings
- Female Candidates: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Male Candidates: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Workplace Policy
- Mobile phones are not allowed inside the work premises. Phones must be deposited at the reception and can be collected after the shift.
- AI tools and external internet access are not permitted, as this is a secure project environment.
Key Skills
- Basic understanding of aircraft maintenance/manufacturing concepts
- Basic aircraft maintenance knowledge
- Internship/training experience in the aviation/aircraft domain
- Relevant experience in the same or similar field is preferred
- Exposure to helicopter maintenance is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Candidate Preparation
Candidates can prepare based on the above requirements.
For freshers, all the listed requirements are not strictly mandatory. However, relevant internship/training experience and basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance are significant.

- The employment type (Full-Time / Contractual) will be finalized based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and suitability.
- For candidates selected under the contractual engagement, the contract period will be 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
