Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement GIS & BIM strategy Define the long-term vision, standards, workflows, and roadmap for GIS and BIM adoption across airport planning, construction, and operations.

- Oversee system implementation & integration Lead the deployment of GIS and BIM platforms, ensuring they integrate with existing enterprise systems (asset management, facilities management, ERP).

- Data governance & standardization Establish data standards, naming conventions, coordinate systems, and BIM execution plans to ensure consistency and interoperability across projects.

- Coordinate with stakeholders Act as the bridge between IT, engineering, planning, and operations teams to align GIS/BIM initiatives with business goals.

- Quality assurance & data accuracy Define QA/QC procedures for spatial data and BIM models, ensuring high data integrity for decision-making and regulatory compliance.





- Support airport planning & design Provide GIS & BIM analysis for master planning, terminal expansion, airside/landside development, and infrastructure projects.

- Asset lifecycle management Implement BIM-to-Asset strategies, linking 3D models to maintenance and operations data for long-term asset management.

- Training & capacity building Organize training sessions, build internal expertise, and promote adoption of GIS & BIM tools across teams and contractors.

- Innovation & technology scouting Monitor emerging technologies (digital twins, IoT integration, AI-based facility monitoring) and propose enhancements to keep the airport ahead.
