1) Lead supplier selection, evaluation &development.;

2) New Product development following APQP.

3) Supplier scheduling & procurements

4) Good Negotiation skills of Pricing, Paymentterms, contract & delivery of materials.

5) Procurement of direct & indirect materials

6) Monitor Inventory level & coordinate withPlanning, Store, & Quality teams.

7) Identify cost saving opportunities through VAVE& alternate sourcing.

8) Cost estimation for running & Recent products.

9) Compliance with company procurement policies,statutory requirement & ethical sourcing practices.

10)Reviewof Purchase requisitions, RFQ, Quotations & Purchase orders.

11) Resolve supplier, delivery, Quality &Commercial; issues.

12)Manage& calculate supplier performance.

13)Goodknowledge of IATF 16949, VSA & Auditing skills.

14)Prepareprocurement reports, MIS,



Budget forecast and reports.

15)Abilityto make costing comparison/ compilation documents for management approval.

16)GoodSAP knowledge.

17)GoodMS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Points & Words)

Education Qualifications & Experience Requirements

1. Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering.

2. IATF 16949 Certified Min.

3. Min.8 to 12 yrs Experience
