Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop API 6A wellhead and Christmas Tree components.
• Work on Casing Heads, Casing Spools, Tubing Heads, Hangers, Flanges, Adapters, Spacer Spools and related components.
• Develop new products and modify existing designs based on customer requirements.
• Perform engineering calculations, design reviews and product improvements.
• Support customization of standard products for specific applications.
• Prepare and review 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with API 6A, ASME and customer specifications.

Required Skills:
• 3 to 6 years of relevant mechanical/product design experience.
• Hands-on experience in Wellhead / Oil & Gas equipment design preferred.
• Positive knowledge of API 6A requirements.
• Understanding of PSL, PR, temperature ratings and material classes.




• Knowledge of pressure-containing and pressure-controlling components.
• Experience with flanges, connectors, ring gaskets, hangers, sealing systems and bolting.
• Good knowledge of engineering calculations and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, NX or similar.

Preferred Profile:
Candidates from Wellhead, Christmas Tree, Valve, Pressure Equipment or Oil & Gas product design backgrounds will be preferred.
