Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with 8+ years of implementation experience across Oracle Receivables (AR), Advanced Collections, and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across these modules, along with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will be responsible for conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, demonstrating Oracle solutions, and supporting implementation activities from requirement gathering through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in requirements-gathering and solution design workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions across Receivables, Advanced Collections, and RMCS.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and functional walkthroughs for clients and business users.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Receivables, Advanced Collections, and RMCS functionalities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate Oracle solutions.




- Prepare functional documentation including business requirements, solution designs, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
- Support data conversion activities across Receivables, Advanced Collections, and RMCS.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration requirements.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis and appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of financial and revenue processes.
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Receivables (AR)
- Oracle Advanced Collections
- Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)

- Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Robust understanding of revenue and receivables business processes.
- Hands-on experience with data conversion/migration activities across all three modules.
- Experience in conducting client workshops, requirement gathering, solution demonstrations, and functional discussions.
- Strong experience in functional configuration and testing.
- Ability to work independently with business users and IT stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
