Role & responsibilities

• Design scalable AI solution architectures aligned to business objectives. • Build AI agents, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems. • Develop RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources. • Implement prompt engineering strategies and model orchestration. • Build evaluation frameworks and AI quality assurance pipelines. • Develop backend services and frontend applications supporting AI solutions. • Lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews. • Implement cloud-native deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD practices. • Ensure AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance controls. • Explore emerging Agentic AI technologies and innovation opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 - 7 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise.





• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.

• Experience delivering production-grade AI applications.

• Preferred experience in Retail Commerce, Omnichannel Retail, Product Discovery, Search, Personalization, or Supply Chain domains.
