Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive Fresher to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, coordinating with the creative team, and supporting day-to-day social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Content Writer, and Client Servicing teams for timely delivery of creatives and content.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and competitor activities.
- Assist in developing creative ideas for posts, reels, campaigns, and social media promotions.
- Track basic social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and views.




- Prepare basic social media reports and maintain records of content published.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, trends, and platform features.
- Support the team in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn current digital marketing tools and platforms.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field.
- Candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course/certification will be preferred.
