- Assist clients with mutual fund investments and transactions.
- Understand client requirements and risk profile.
- Explain suitable mutual fund investment options.
- Handle SIP registrations, purchases, redemptions, and switches.
- Follow up with existing clients for additional investments and SIPs.
- Maintain client records and transaction details.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide periodic updates.
- Develop new client relationships and generate business.
- Coordinate with AMCs/platforms for transaction-related requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce preferred.
- 03 years of experience in mutual funds, investment products, wealth management, banking, or financial services.
- Good knowledge of mutual funds, SIP,
lump-sum investments, redemption, and switching.
- Understanding of equity, debt, hybrid, index, and other mutual fund categories.
- Ability to understand client financial goals and risk appetite.
- Good communication and client relationship-management skills.
- Ability to explain mutual fund products and investment options to clients.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment risk.
- Comfortable using computers, Excel, and online investment platforms.
- Strong follow-up and customer-service skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to build and maintain client relationships.
