Lead the complete PMC assignment for the transmission line, HVDC substations and HVDC terminal station packages, ensuring that the works are delivered safely, within the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality requirements and contractual framework.
Act as the principal point of contact between the Consultant, Client, EPC contractors, OEMs and other stakeholders.
- Establish the Project Execution Plan, organization structure, responsibilities matrix, communication protocol and reporting arrangements.
- Lead mobilization and deployment of PMC resources across transmission line sections, substations and HVDC terminal stations.
- Review and monitor the contractors baseline schedule, procurement plan, construction methodology, resource plan and commissioning programme.
