Job Description Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React, Node.js/Nest.js, along with hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate). The candidate should also possess DevOps experience working with Docker and containerized workloads, Kubernetes for container orchestration and Istio.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React (front-end) and Node.js/Nest.js (back-end).
- Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance components and services.
- Integrate REST APIs / GraphQL and ensure smooth communication between systems.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.




- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise in:
- Front-end: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Back-end: Java, or Python, Node.js and Nest.js,
- Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Docker, Kubernetes and Istio
- Experience on any human workflow integration using jBPM, flowable or similar, with web applications is a definite plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience on any LLM, Vector DB and RAG is an advantage.
- Robust problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
