Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close activities, reconciliations, budgeting support, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal postings and reporting adjustments.
- Prepare and maintain accruals, prepayments, provisions, and reclassification journals.
- Perform bank, balance sheet, intercompany, and control account reconciliations.
- Review and analyze profit loss accounts and balance sheets, identifying key variances.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and financial forecasting activities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation accurately.
- Support preparation and submission of indirect tax returns such as VAT/GST where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies,



and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with statutory audits and provide supporting schedules and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, and Treasury teams.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within finance operations.

CA/ACCA (Graduation must be completed)
