Position: Junior Officer - Marketing Backoffice

Experience: 2 To 4 Years

Location: Coimbatore, Sulur.

Your Profile:

- Any Degree with 2 To 3 years of experience in call coordination, customer support, telecalling, or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to understand customer/dealer requirements and provide appropriate responses or route them to the concerned team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, enquiry management, and call tracking.
- Good follow-up, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy.

Your Task:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer/dealer calls, capture requirements, and register enquiries in CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on open enquiries and pending requirements until closure or handover.
- Maintain accurate call records, enquiry status, remarks, and next follow-up dates in the CRM.




- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely responses and resolution of customer requirements.
- Monitor daily calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and closures, and submit accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
