- Generating Cost analysis in terms of sub break ups of associated resources.
- Responsible for preparing the annual budget under the infrastructure development and periodic project forecasts, including collaboration with all interlinked department of procurement and Finance.
- Responsible for financial, cost planning and control including cash flow plans
- Develop and maintain project cost management and cash flow plans
- Check, control, monitor against baseline budget, maintain and forecast cost movement data on a regular basis
- Check, control and monitor the Change Management Process for billing incorporation.
Technical and Quantity Surveying
- Evaluating quantities of works by meticulously studying drawings and interpretation.
- Interpretation of Work method statements to have outline of correct sequence to bring out correct quantities identifying all items.
- Meticulous working on having takeoff quantity of materials associated.
Risk Management
- Update the management from time-to-time on the deficiencies found and suggest corrective measures in accordance with the project cost cashflows
- Proactively perform risk analyses and sampling of critical areas and deviation items
Stakeholder Management
- Work with the different departments on improving results, understanding gaps and helping to close gaps
- Provides an interface between management and contractors in respect of cost & schedule performance, reporting,
review and necessary approvals
MIS & Report Generations & Documentation
- Illustrate cost status and performance reports for management
- Organize and manage all the related documents as per the process and SOPs defined
Skills and Expertise
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor in Civil OR Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
- Masters in Civil OR Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering would be added advantage
- Diploma in Construction Management
- Qualified Certifications like CPE shall be an added advantage
Relevant Experience
- 08 - 12 years of work experience in quantity surveying and cost analytics
- Must have work experience with EPC contractors and developers
- Experience in the area of cost engineering, budget control activities, mathematical data analytics scheduling and project controls.

- Thorough and extensive knowledge of estimating and costing principles, theories, concepts and tools
- Knowledge of risk management principles
- Regulatory knowledge of local building codes standards and safety regulations.
- Understanding of business fundamentals to factor in other types of indirect costs.

- Ability to interpret data evaluate historical costs and produce scenarios
- Know how of productivity norms and High Proficiency in Communication Skills (written and verbal)
