Educational Qualification
Bachelor in Civil OR Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
Masters in Civil OR Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering would be added advantage

Relevant Experience
08 - 15 years of work experience in quantity surveying and cost analytics
Must have work experience with EPC contractors and developers
Experience in the area of cost engineering, budget control activities, mathematical data analytics scheduling and project controls.
Knowledge
Thorough and extensive knowledge of contract conditions ,estimating and costing principles, theories, concepts and tools
Knowledge of risk management principles
Regulatory knowledge of local building codes standards and safety regulations.
Understanding of business fundamentals to factor in other types of indirect costs.
