Process loan disbursement cases with high accuracy, ensuring adherence to TAT, productivity, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage disbursement queue and process cases within defined TAT
- Reconcile system data with customer documents
- Perform verification and quality checks to reduce FTNR
- Follow SOP/checklists from E-application to insurance consent
- Coordinate with stakeholders (TM/SCE/Business teams) for clarifications
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit
Requirements
- Graduate with 0 to 4 years experience in BFSI/NBFC operations or loan processing
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Word and basic computer skills
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Positive communication and coordination skills
