Title: Sales Manager/Manager Sales-Loan Against Property/LAP-PRIME

Locations: Madurai, Trichy, Tirunelveli

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end collections for the LAP portfolio across allocated branches/locations.
- Drive resolution and recovery of overdue accounts across buckets (Soft, Hard, NPA, Chronic).
- Monitor regional delinquency metrics, roll rates, and collection efficiency.
- Ensure achievement of collection targets including resolution, normalization, settlement, and recovery.
- Handle high-value delinquent and critical accounts personally when required.
- Develop and implement regional collection strategies to control portfolio risk.
- Lead and manage Area Collection Managers, Branch Collection teams, agencies, and field executives.
- Monitor agency performance and ensure adherence to legal and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Sales, Risk,



and Operations teams for effective recovery actions.
- Review escalation cases, repossession/legal cases, and SARFAESI-related actions wherever applicable.
- Conduct portfolio review meetings and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure proper field allocation, productivity tracking, and manpower utilization.
- Maintain robust governance, audit readiness, and process compliance.
- Identify early warning signals and suggest preventive actions to reduce future delinquency.
