Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client mandates.
- Understand client requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and assess candidates through telephonic interviews.




- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process until closure.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6 months to 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and eager to build a career in recruitment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
