E-commerce Sales Management:

1.Engage in the sales increment activities with the NPDs, new business alignments, acquiring new platforms and aligning existing portfolio.

2.Proven skills to boost business by removing bottlenecks, remove roadblock from increasing sales and take necessary steps to align the operational challenges.

3.Drive the targeted revenue across various online marketplaces (B2B & B2C) and monitor it on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

4.Manage listings across all the platforms and make all product listings as informative and appealing as possible.

5.Coordinate with internal operations teams for accurate and timely processing and dispatch of all orders and maintain the individual B2B and B2C marketplace SLA.

6.Demand forecasting & indenting for e-commerce order fulfilment ratio enhancement

7.NPDs listing along with pricing & photoshoot across all e-commerce channels.

8.Managing warranty claims, order wise reconciliation, and invoice settlement to meet customer expectations and company objectives.





9.Ensure timely check of B2C returns, their filing of damage reimbursement claim and SPF payments.

10. Courier/Customer return & damage minimization through packaging improvement.

E-commerce Operations Management:

1.Manage account on boarding on recent platforms after understanding of their business model and agreement finalization.

2.Cataloguing & content enrichment on new & existing marketplaces

3.Preparation of joint business plan with existing customers for sales and promotion to achieve targeted sales.

4.Coordinate and manage relationships with category manager of all online platforms for extended visibility of brand at portals and getting support on time.

5.Participation in marketplace sale events, deals, discounts

6.Effectively coordinate with the 3rd Party warehouse & Logistics team to ensure timely inventory building and keep the sales intact.
