Job Description :

- Carry out wheel and bogie inspection of railway coaches/wagons as per prescribed inspection procedures and standards.
- Inspect wheel, axle, bogie components and associated systems for defects, wear, damage and abnormalities.
- Record inspection findings, measurements and defects accurately and prepare inspection reports.
- Assist in identifying safety-critical defects and coordinate with the concerned team for necessary corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with applicable railway safety, quality and inspection procedures at the project site.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile :

- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical.
- Experience in NDT, wheel & axle, bogie or railway inspection preferred.
- Knowledge of UT/USFD, MPT, DPT and Visual Inspection.
- Candidates with Railway/Rolling Stock/Heavy Engineering experience preferred.
- Valuable inspection, reporting and safety awareness.
