Role Detail: As Manager Outsourcing and Subcontracting

- To take decision for L1 vendor for placement of purchase order.
- To discuss and negotiate with vendor.
- To ensure timely preparation of purchase order by buyer and material movement to
- vendor for start of manufacturing.
- Ensuring quality with FTR initiative and delivery of outsourced products.

Responsibilities:

- Vendor development for outsource procurement
- Development of processes for pressure parts outsourcing activity
- Develop and train team for improvement in outsource processes
- Coordination with other departments like QC, F&A;, Stores, Logistics, Planning, inventory
- control.
- Expediting
- Material Accounting/Reconciliation for Outsource items where raw material is free issue
- from LMB.
- GST compliance from vendor
- Follow up transportation and timely quality inspection.
- Troubleshooting
- Driving Kaizen, 5 S initiative among team and vendor
