Required Skills

- 24 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
- BFSI domain experience is mandatory, preferably exposure to banking, capital markets, securities, financial applications, or related environments.
- Strong experience in L2 application support and incident management.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Experience in log analysis, API troubleshooting, application monitoring, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow/Ivanti, Jira, Control-M, Postman, Tomcat, or monitoring tools will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
- Valuable understanding of client-server architecture, change management, and deployment support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
