Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare structural designs using ETABS, STAAD PRO, Safe, RCDC software for various projects.

- Conduct design calculations and analysis to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed design documents and drawings.

- Ensure accurate communication of design intent through clear documentation and presentations.

- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on structural design principles and best practices.

- RCC building design
- Structural analysis
- Load calculations
- Column, beam and slab design
- Footing/foundation design
- Staircase design
- Shear wall/core design
- Structural framing
- Seismic design
- Wind-load considerations
- Structural detailing
- Preparation/review of structural drawings
- Structural BOQ

- Working knowledge of ETABS, PROTECTED and AutoCAD.
- STAAD.Pro experience is an advantage.
- Should understand relevant IS codes, particularly RCC, seismic and loading provisions.
- Experience with residential/commercial/high-rise projects preferred.
- Should be capable of coordinating structural requirements with architectural and MEP services.
