Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Design and develop REST/SOAP APIs and microservices.
- Build responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using GCP or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Write unit, integration, regression, and performance tests.
- Follow TDD, CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, and software craftsmanship practices.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
- Review AI-generated code for quality, security, performance, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and demonstrations.
- Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular/Vue.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript,



HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with GCP / Google Cloud Platform or equivalent cloud platform.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, or Selenium.
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI-native coding tool such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
- Understanding of AI/LLM integration concepts.
