Job Description
We are looking for a Workday Human Resource Management (HCM) Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in Workday HCM configuration, support, and business process management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM modules and be capable of supporting HR operations and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Support Core HCM, Organization Management, Staffing, and Business Processes.
- Perform data validation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Assist in Workday releases,
enhancements, and change requests.
- Create reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and functional teams.
- Provide production support and user training.
