Looking for a skilled Process Trainer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our employees.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote learning and development.
- Design and deliver customized training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to specific business needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers to improve their delivery skills.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role with a strong background in adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.




- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience with training software and technologies is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
