We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality analysis, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct thorough quality checks on products or services to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Identify and report defects or issues found during quality checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to improve overall product quality.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on quality control procedures.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality analysis or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues.
- Experience with quality management software and tools.
