Vertvista Eco Solutions is a biophilic-design and commercial landscaping company delivering green walls, facade greening, landscape and green-infrastructure projects for corporate and industrial clients across India.
Role Purpose
Manage in office execution of a large facade-greening / green-infrastructure project in Ahmedabad — overseeing structural installation, quality, measurements and billing documentation, and day-to-day coordination with all site stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day site execution — MS structural erection and green wall installation as per approved drawings.
2. Coordinate contractors and vendors — fabrication, scaffolding, civil and installation teams.
3. Prepare and maintain site measurements, joint measurement records (JMR), billing documentation, delivery challans and material test certificate / inspection records.
4. Client communication and coordination — site meetings, approvals,
records and correspondence.
5. Daily progress reporting, schedule tracking and material planning.
6. Ensure HSE compliance, including work-at-height and industrial-site safety protocols.
Requirements
1. B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 4 years of site execution experience (structural / facade / landscape / fit-out projects).
3. Hands-on experience with billing, measurement and site documentation.
4. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
5. Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate; full-time site posting.
Good to Have
1. Exposure to green walls, facade systems or landscape construction.
2. Experience with coated steel structures (galvanised / PU-coated).
3. Gujarati and Hindi proficiency.
4. Formal safety training (work at height / industrial sites).
