Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects, including setting timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Supervise and coordinate with the interior design team, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects progress according to plan.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, review workmanship, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Anticipate potential project delays or challenges and proactively address them to keep the project on track.
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring quality work and adherence to project specifications.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to local regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, invoices,



change orders, and meeting notes.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry.
- Skills:
- Proven experience managing interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles & materials processes.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and work with suppliers and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge about Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up or other design software is a plus.Role & responsibilities
