Senior Executive / Event Manager Events & Brand Execution

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and execution-oriented Executive / Senior Executive Events & Brand Execution to manage the on-ground execution of events, mall branding, activations and promotional initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in event execution, branding implementation and vendor coordination, along with a fair understanding of event curation, planning and customer experience within a shopping mall or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

Event Execution

- Plan and execute events, activations, festivals and promotional activities at the mall.
- Coordinate with internal teams, event agencies, vendors, fabricators and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Ensure events are executed as per approved concepts, timelines, budgets and mall guidelines.
- Supervise event setup, dcor, branding, production, manpower and dismantling.
- Be present on-ground during events to monitor execution and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure all event elements are executed with a strong focus on customer experience, safety and visual presentation.

Branding & On-Ground Execution

- Manage execution of branding opportunities across the mall, including kiosks, installations, standees, hoardings, faade branding, atrium branding and other promotional sites.
- Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, printing, installation and dismantling.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure branding is installed as per approved artwork and specifications.
- Ensure timely execution and maintenance of branding assets during campaigns.

Event Curation & Planning

- Have a fair understanding of event curation and the ability to contribute ideas for mall events and activations.
- Assist in developing event concepts, formats, themes and customer engagement activities.
- Research and identify relevant event formats, artists, performers,



experiences and activation ideas.
- Support the team in creating event execution plans, timelines and checklists.

Vendor & Agency Management

- Coordinate with event agencies, production houses, fabricators, decorators, artists and other vendors.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate execution requirements with vendors.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, timelines and quality of work.
- Ensure vendors comply with mall operational, safety and work-permit guidelines.

Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with Operations, Security, Housekeeping, Engineering, Leasing and other mall departments for event and branding execution.
- Ensure all required approvals and permissions are obtained before execution.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for creative approvals and campaign roll-outs.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong on-ground execution and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of mall events, activations and branding.
- Basic understanding of event curation and customer engagement.
- Strong vendor and agency management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot on-ground issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work during evenings, weekends and event days as required.

Experience

- Executive: 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Executive: 4–7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a shopping mall, retail, events, experiential marketing, brand activation or hospitality environment will be preferred.
