What this person should handle

- Lead a team selling Corporate FDs, Bank FDs, Bonds, NCDs and other fixed-income products

- Drive sales through existing customers, partners and new client acquisition

- Achieve team-level revenue/AUM and product sales targets

- Build relationships with HNI/UHNI customers, distributors and channel partners

- Coach the team on product knowledge, pitching and closures

- Track daily pipeline, conversions and team productivity

- Work closely with Product, Operations and Compliance teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 48 years of experience in Wealth, Investments, Broking, BFSI or Fintech

- At least 23 years of team-handling experience

- Strong experience in selling FDs, Bonds, NCDs, Mutual Funds or other investment products

- Preferably from companies such as wealth platforms, brokers, investment distributors or banks

- Robust understanding of fixed-income products and customer suitability

- Experience managing a target-driven sales team
