Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and plotted development projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be customer-focused, and be passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, digital leads, and field activities.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Follow up with prospects until booking and closure.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.




- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Saturday and Sunday site visits are mandatory.
