Job Summary

Evalueserve is looking for bright and analyticalgraduates who are passionate about finance, data, and problem-solving. As partof our Risk & Quants team, you will work with leading global banks andfinancial institutions on projects spanning Market Risk, Credit Risk,Quantitative Analytics, and Business Analytics. This role is ideal forcandidates who have an interest in finance and analytics, and who are eager tobuild expertise in risk management, financial markets, and data-driven decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to risk analytics and consulting engagements across Market,Credit, and Operational Risk functions for global banking and financialservices clients.

Assist in the development and validation of risk models, includingstress testing and scenario analysis.

Evaluate and monitor analytical models used by financial institutions toassess their accuracy, reliability, and business effectiveness.

Develop and utilize risk analytics tools, dashboards, and quantitativesolutions for model testing, reporting, validation, and monitoring.

Collect, organize and analyze financial and time-series data to identifytrends, emerging risks, and business insights.

Leverage tools such as Excel, SQL, Python,



and visualization platformsto solve business challenges and drive decision-making.

Conduct research on financial markets, regulatory developments, andindustry trends.

Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver high-qualityanalytical solutions and client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics,Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Exposure to programming languages such as Python, C/C++, SQL, or R.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable working with data and numbers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong academic record and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior work experience in finance, analytics, technology, consulting, orrelated fields is a plus

Pursuing or interested in certifications such as CFA, FRM, or similarprograms.

Familiarity with data analytics, visualization tools, or financialmodeling.

Familiarity with AI-native development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex,Cursor) and API integrations with providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic.

Participation in finance, analytics, coding, or case-study competitions.
