#Consultant to join our growing #Advisory team and support clients through critical transaction decisions.

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)
Experience: 13 Years
Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)(Preferred)

What you'll do

Support buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements
Analyze Quality of Earnings (QoE), EBITDA, Net Working Capital (NWC), and Cash Flow
Prepare and review FDD databooks, financial schedules, and transaction reports
Partner with experienced professionals on agile M&A; assignments
Build expertise through challenging engagements and continuous learning opportunities

We're looking for -

1–2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence or Transaction Advisory
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis




Understanding of QoE, NWC, Debt-like Items, Cash Normalization, and EBITDA Adjustments
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
