Yash Realty Group is looking for a Commercial Leasing Manager to join its Hyderabad team.

The candidate will work with corporate clients, understand their office-space requirements and help them identify suitable commercial properties and managed office solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage corporate leasing opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Coordinate client meetings and property visits.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with clients.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, coworking operators and channel partners.
• Support commercial negotiations and transaction closures.

Candidate Profile:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate leasing, coworking, managed offices or B2B sales.
• Valuable communication,



relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Hyderabads commercial office market is preferred.
• Comfortable with client meetings and property visits.
• A two-wheeler is preferred.
