Position :Relationship Manager

Product: Gold Loan

Location: Nanakramguda

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Gold Appraisal - Accurately assess purity, weight and value of gold ornaments using testing machine, touchstone, karat meter

2. Loan Processing - Calculate eligible loan amount as per company LTV policy and RBI guidelines

3. Documentation - Collect KYC documents, take photos, fill valuation slips and loan forms

4. Customer Service - Explain interest rates, repayment options, and loan terms to customers clearly

5. Compliance - Ensure all gold is stored safely in vault as per company norms and audit requirements

6. Record Keeping - Maintain daily valuation register and MIS reports

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 1-3 years experience as Gold Loan Valuator in NBFC/Bank. Freshers with jewelry background can apply

- Skills: Knowledge of gold purity testing, weight calculation, karat meter use

- Education: Degree / Diploma. Jewelry/Hallmark certification is a plus

Role: Gold appraisal, valuation, loan processing, KYC

Exp: 1-3 years in Gold Loan/Bank/Jewelery
