Job Title: Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.

Financial Reporting & MIS

Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.

Develop financial dashboards and variance analysis reports.

Present financial data to senior management for decision-making.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory returns.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

Monitor departmental budgets and control expenditures.

Conduct profitability and cost analysis.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Manage cash flow planning and working capital.





Monitor bank transactions and banking relationships.

Oversee fund management and payment processes.

Team Management

ERP & System Management

Support ERP implementation and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, IT, healthcare, or service industries.

Exposure to multi-location accounting operations.
