Role Overview

This is a planning-focused role with secondary billing responsibilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for baseline schedule preparation, progress monitoring, MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination with site execution, design, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and maintenance of project schedules (Level 2 / Level 3) using MS Project or Primavera P6
- Baseline schedule development from scratch - WBS-based, activity-wise sequencing
- Progress monitoring vs baseline; deviation identification, critical path tracking, and flagging
- Weekly / Monthly MIS report preparation including Budget vs Actual analysis
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR / WPR / MPR)
- Coordination with site execution, design, purchase, and subcontractor teams
- Quantity take-off, BBS review, and RA bill verification support
- Contractor and subcontractor billing support as required

Who We Are Looking For:

Mandatory Requirements

- 3 to 10 years of experience in construction project planning
- Jr. Engineer: 3 - 5 years | Engineer: 6 - 10 years
- Hands-on MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6 - baseline schedule preparation is a must; proficiency will be verified via technical test
- Experience on residential building construction projects (high-rise preferred)
- MS Excel - skilled level (MIS, progress tracking, Budget vs Actual)
- B.Tech / B.E. Civil (regular full-time)



or Diploma Civil - 3-year full-time regular programme
- Distance / correspondence B.Tech acceptable only if base qualification is a regular full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of stability in at least one previous organisation
- Age between 25 and 40 years
- Notice period up to 30 days preferred

Preferred / Good to Have:

- MIVAN / Aluform shuttering project experience
- ERP exposure (Farvision preferred)
- Familiarity with IS 456-2000 and SP 34:1987
- Primavera P6 alongside MS Project
- Exposure to sequential activity planning for superstructure works
- Contractor / developer background in residential real estate

Interview Process:

- Round 1: Online screening interview
- Round 2: Face-to-face interview + Technical Test (MSP / P6 + planning knowledge) at site / Head Office, Kolkata
- Round 3: Final discussion with Senior Leadership (shortlisted candidates only)
