The job involves conducting patient pay estimates, insurance verification and getting preauthorization for multiple specialties.

Job Responsibilities

- Obtaining accurate information from insurance carriers
- Details obtained from the insurance should be within compliance.
- Decision making abilities while speaking to the Insurance representative.

- Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
- Able to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be a team player with positive approach.
- Valuable keyboard skills and well versed with MS-Office.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets.
