Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deploy machinery as per project requirements.
• Ensure equipment availability, utilization, and timely maintenance.
• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor equipment downtime, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
• Coordinate equipment hiring, vendors, OEMs, and service providers.
• Maintain equipment records, statutory documents, and inspection schedules.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Lead plant & machinery teams and drive cost and productivity improvements.

Qualification & Skills
• Qualification: B.E./B. Tech Mechanical Engineering
• Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Real Estate experience is mandatory
