Role & Responsibilities : Senior Site Engineer.

- Manage day-to-day site execution of residential High Rise Apartment construction
- Execute works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Supervise RCC, masonry, waterproofing, finishing & external development works
- Coordinate with architects, structural & MEP consultants
- Manage contractors, skilled labor, and site supervisors
- Ensure quality standards and premium finishing levels suitable for High Rise Apartments projects
- Prepare & verify measurements, RA bills, and contractor bills
- Plan material requirements and control wastage
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements
- Maintain site documentation, DPRs, and progress reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering
- Experience:



7 to 9 years
- Industry: Construction / Real Estate
- Project Type: High Rise Apartments / Residential Villas
- Location Experience: Bangalore preferred
