JD for Project Manager

- Own end-to-end delivery of the AI360 program from AI readiness discovery, through workforce enablement, to AI use cases running in production. You are the single coordination point between client organization and posted organization, delivery teams and participants, accountable for plan, governance, risk and measurable outcomes. Should be able to deliver trainings on Project Management (PM) and AI specific modules.
- - Plan and governance build and run the master plan, milestones and stage gates; chair steering and status reviews.
- Stakeholder coordination single point of contact across posted organization leadership, SPOCs, delivery teams and participants; drive alignment workshops and sign-offs.
- Batch and resource planning SPOC list, batch sizing, trainer and SME scheduling, sandbox and tool access readiness.
- Risk and issue management track dependencies, escalate early,



keep stage-entry criteria and approvals on schedule.
- Assessment cadence coordinate the AI maturity assessment, survey completion and certification milestones.
- Value measurement establish the productivity baseline and maintain the KPI and ROI dashboard.
- Should be able to deliver trainings on Project Management (PM) and AI specific modules.

What you bring

8+ years managing IT or engineering programs, including one enterprise capability or transformation rollout.

Proven multi-stakeholder governance across client leadership, delivery, L&D; and SME pools (RASCI-based).

Working understanding of Dev, QA and DevOps / CI-CD workflows, and of AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot.

Robust planning, tracking and reporting discipline MS Project, Jira or Azure DevOps.

Confident executive communicator; crisp written status reporting.

PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile (CSM / SAFe) certification
