- Supervise daily site work including plastering/ pop punning/gypsum plaster, Tile flooring and cladding, Granite/marble, painting, false ceilings, and carpentry.
- Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and architects for smooth workflow.
- Inspect incoming materials and monitor work quality to maintain industry standards.
- Create and manage snag lists (punch lists) to identify and fix defects before handover.
- Track project schedules, control material wastage, and prepare daily progress reports.
- Preparing check lists and getting sign day to day basis from clients
- Raising indents etc
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Proven site experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out High rise construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of finishing materials, application methods, and quality parameters.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and site compliance protocols.
- Proficiency in technical drawing review and basic project tools like AutoCAD or MS Excel
